Let's Start:
Once you place an order with me & you send me your wording/info, picture(s),
and payment, I will be able to create you a sample with in 24 hours. Clients are allowed 1 free sets of changes with
custom orders. You can make as many changes as you like within 1 email / call. If we are working via email you will then
check to make sure all spelling is correct and the layout is what you a looking for. If you need additional sets of changes
additional fees apply. On your layout I will have the word "sample" written on it. Once your layout is approved the "sample"
will be taken off.
Pre-Designed Layouts:
If you choose a pre-designed layout that I already created it is $.20 cheaper than a custom card. Your
first photo of the person is free and you can put your custom wording on the card. With pre-designed cards the background,
fonts and colors stay the same. I will also put my creative input when needed. However if you feel you need to change something
on the layout your order will change from a pre-design to a custom order. $20 per card will be added to your invoice. Pre-designed
cards will also come with envelopes.
Meeting / Appointment / Pick-ups:
Appointments, Meetings, and or Pick-ups will be held in Kaneohe 99% of the
time. As a courtesy to my clients I am willing to meet in town at Restaurant Row on certain days. Please call or email me
to find out the days I will be in town. I'm sorry, I do not deliver or meet else where.
Photo: Via email: it is best to send me a high quality
file (300 dpi-is best). Please do not crop or scale down your photo I will do that for you. The higer the quality of your
photo the better the outcome your layout will be. If you will scan your photo please set it at 300 dpi. Appointments you can
bring in your photo, memory card, cd & I can scan it for you. If you are using a professional photo I would need a written/scanned
release from the photographer.Once I receive your photo(s), wording, & payment. I can send you your first sample within
24 hours. At this point you will check your sample & make sure everything is okay, spelling & layout. Now the time
frame is up to you on this point. It depends on your decision making. It usually takes me an hour or so to touch up/change/fix/make
alterations to the layout. Printing takes a week. And shipping methods are: First class, Priority, & Express. I will
only send it to the printers after you send me an "APPROVAL" email saying everythings OK!
Printing: Takes a week. It is printed on
Fuji Film photo paper. It can be glossy or matte. My standard is glossy. For RSVP cards it is heavy stock paper. For banners
it is Vinyl, lamination & stock paper. I pick up the orders from the printers 1x - 2x a week, Sundays they might
be closed.
Shipping: First
Class $5 (Depending) Priortiy: $7 (80 cards or less), 80+ cards I will give you a quote Express: $17 (80 cards or less),
80+ cards I will give you a quote

Average order:
I can create a sample within 24 hours after payment is made, printing takes
about a week after it is approved by the client. And time to arrange a pick up date.
Rush order:
If you are in need of a rush order, please make an appointment
to meet in the morning or via email. Please be organized with your wording, photo (if it is a professional photo please have
the written release form ready with you), and cash payment/Paypal.com. I can create you a sample within 24 hours, on approval
there is a 1 day printing rush. Rush fee is $30. Pick up will be the day after.
Payment:
To start your order: a 50% down payment is required for Hawaii residents. If you need a rush order or out of state, payment
must be made in full. Cash or online transactions at www.PayPal.com. No personal checks please.
Reprints:
For reorders the minimum order will be 50 cards for invitations,
rsvp's favor tags & thank you's. Please refer to the price list for minimum orders, for 50 cards it is $1 each.
You will have to pay the regular price. Please make sure to purchase the amount you need the first time to receive special
discounts or lower prices. A good tip to remember is buy the amount that you need + 20% of the total amount of cards
needed. If you approved the layout and it has been printed and there was a mistake or change there are no free reprints, you
must pay to have it changed. There are no refunds at that point in the process.
